Capitol Medical Center together with other accredited hospitals in the medical tourism program of the Philippine government joined the International Medical Tourism Congress which was held at the InterContinental Hotel in Makati City, spearheaded by the Department of Tourism Secretary Ace Durano and Director Elizabeth Nelle. The International Medical Travel Conference (IMTC) is an annual global medical travel event that leads to the development of medical value travel and industry alliance between international players such as healthcare service providers, health benefits companies, financiers, insurance travel partners, government agencies and corporations. IMTC is held in a new venue each year to conduct the country’s medical travel developments by introducing new healthcare facilities to different stakeholders.
