On its 41st year in the healthcare industry, Capitol Medical Center is on its way to upholding its prominence not only as a tertiary medical facility but as a training facility as well to future health practitioners. In its effort to support the need for physicians the hospital has been accepting post-graduate and residents for training. With the opening of new specialty services like the Breast Care Center and the Catheterization Laboratory, CMC has once again proven its long term goal of establishing itself as a one-stop medical facility ready to serve the Filipinos and foreign patients the CMC way.

We consistently upgrade and purchase equipment to keep abreast with the present trend and offer more efficient service to the community. To complement such effort, members of the workforce were required to attend specialized trainings to prepare and familarize them with the necessary skills needed for their new tasks.

In house trainings on excellence were likewise conducted for employees from different departments so they will have a grasp of the total quality culture that the hospital is bent on achieving as a trademark.
