Medical Center Social Service Office accepts applicants to Individual Medical Assistance Program or I MAP, the financial assistance program of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO)

IMAP provides assistance to individuals with health-related needs including hospital confinement, outpatient diagnostic tests, dialysis, cancer treatment, and surgery, among others.

CMC’s  Social Workers at the PCSO Help Desk will interview applicants and review the forms and other requirements before submitting these to the PCSO. PCSO will evaluate and process for the possible financial  assistance.
